Singh Jamwal, IPS, Director General of Police, Ladakh, Shri Romil Singh Donk, IAS, Deputy Commissioner\/CEO, LAHDC Leh, and other dignitaries of the UT Ladakh administration.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>During the meeting, Mr. Tashi Dhondup conveyed warm Diwali greetings and best wishes on behalf of the Tibetan community of Sonamling Settlement and expressed
