1. Introduction<\/p>\n

We are pleased to report the successful completion renovation work of LTA office at Dekyiling Tibetan Settlement. This project Directly benefit to 17 members of the Dekyiling Local Tibetan Assembly and indirectly to 1243 people of Dekyiling Colony.The newly renovated office is fully functional and designed to meet the needs of LTA members.<\/p>\n

2. Project Objective<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Lack of space in the LTA office to conduct meeting of LTA executive members.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Dampness and moisture affecting the life of the building<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Requirement of painting and wall treatments.<\/p>\n

3. Implementation and Execution<\/p>\n

The project was successfully executed by Mr. Deepak Pandit, an experienced contractor known for quality construction and reasonable price in region. The LTA president actively supervised and coordinated the project ensuring smooth and execution within the planned budget and timeline.<\/p>\n

Key Highlight of construction\/renovation<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Breaking the wall between toilet bathroom and LTA office will improves workspace comfort for LTA executive members.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Shifting the toilet will create better space for office.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Making 2 feet height concrete flooring around the building will reduce the dampness and moisture in the building.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Painting the walls, windows and doors will make it look aesthetic.<\/p>\n

4. Community Participation<\/p>\n

The project stands as an example of team work and dedication within Dekyiling. The People\u2019s leaders, LTA and TSO office members provided vital organizational support and cooperation. Their collective efforts ensured timely and effective completion.<\/p>\n

5. Outcome and Benefits<\/p>\n

The objective of this renovation is to improve the functionality, aesthetics, sustainability of the current office and hall of Dekyiling Local Tibetan Assembly. The renovated office will foster a better working environment, enhance the productivity of the executive members of LTA and ensure the efficient use of space and resources.<\/p>\n

6. Conclusion<\/p>\n

The successful renovation work and painting improved the functionality, aesthetics, sustainability of the current office of Dekyiling Local Tibetan Assembly.<\/p>\n
